The
Law Firm of Juliette Topacio Sarmiento provides initial client consultations by appointment only,
Mondays through Fridays at 10:00am, 11:00am, 1:30pm, 2:30pm, and 3:30pm, except on State
and Federal holidays. However, Personal Injury and Estate Planning
clients may request alternative arrangements, if necessary, and
depending on the client's particular circumstances.
In-Person Consultations: Clients
who reside in the nine (9) county San Francisco Bay Area (Alameda,
Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara,
Solano, Sonoma) are provided in-person consultations. The fee for such
a consultation is $150.00 for the first half-hour. The firm accepts
payment by major credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa,
Discover), cashier's check, money order and cash.
Telephone Consultations:
Clients who reside outside the San Francisco Bay area are provided
telephone consultations. The fee for such a consultation is $150.00 for
the first half-hour. The client must complete an Initial Consultation
Form and return it with payment by credit card, money order or cashier's check prior
to the consultation, and the Law Firm calls the client collect.
If you hire the Law Firm to represent you, the consultation fee will be deducted from your total attorney fees.
Please note that additional consultations are at the law firm's current hourly rate of $350.00 per hour.
